We accept your items back within 30 days of the purchase date.
We accept cancellations within 30 days of placing an order if the item has not been dispatched, unless the item is bespoke or has any specific modification for your order particularly.
We will not cover the postage unless the product is signed for as damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please do not send any returns unless previously agreed with us.
Item must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. Damaged or worn items cannot be exchanged. We cannot accept returns for items already installed and used.
Refunds are given on the understanding that both the purchased item and postage and packaging cost will be refunded in full, but not the cost of returning the item.
Refund payments will be made only directly to the card used to purchase the items.
We cannot accept returns when the items (such as climbing frames and playhouses) have been partially built. We will need information on how the timber and components for the climbing frame have been stored before accepting a return, and we will require photos of components before being returned.
Rubber chippings have their own returns procedure. There will be a re-stocking fee and a collection fee if there is nothing wrong with the product, and you would like to return it. Aborted or non deliveries will also be charged.
