Hello Marianela, I just wanted to send my thanks to you for the help you gave me in the purchase of our play equipment. The fireman’s pole arrived on Monday and was fitted by our builders yesterday. The girls were happily playing on it this evening after school – our equipment is complete!
Your company is incredible, I am always so grateful for help when it comes to anything to do with ground preparation/measurements/fittings….you provided this without any feeling that it was an inconvenience, nor in a condescending manner!
Henri was a delight; to find someone who clearly thinks through his plan prior to starting, without any negativity or needs is unique! He didn’t even want a cup of tea (although I seem to remember it was hot that day!).

I would definitely recommend Active Garden. Marianela was really helpful when choosing the climbing frame as I wanted to alter things on the blue rabbit belvedere, such as swapping the ladder for a ramp with a rope, bespoke sandpit lid that turned into little benches for the kids, and lots of accessories. Marianela kept me posted by text and email about the delivery, and how many parcels would arrive. When it was delivered I could see it was great quality. We then had there installer Henri put it together for us, he was really friendly and put it together so quickly, he even adjusted the ramp with extra steps at our request on the day to make it more use able for our toddler. I will definitely be using them again for any module extras we may want in the future.

Thank you for the delivery of our Jungle Gym equipment (Barn, Cottage, Bridge Link, Climb Module, Playhouse, Swing, & Baby Swing Seat) on Tuesday. It all seems to arrived in good condition. The driver was kind, courteous and efficient – and extremely skilled to reverse up our drive in the van! He arrived at 8am and was all done by 8.50. I would just like to say how pleased we are with the Jungle Gym Fort!! ?
I never thought I would say this, but building it was a pleasure! A friend came over to help me and it went up without a hitch over the weekend, in fact we were both disappointed when we realised that there was nothing left to do. The quality of the kit is excellent, from the inclusion of the correct drill bits through to the use of the special screws that don’t slip. Our boys are delighted with it and it looks great in the garden.
I have previously helped my brother build one of the more expensive TP towers and I really think that the Jungle Gym kit is better designed and easier to build. At first I was surprised that we would have to drill our own holes, but now I realise that this actually speeds up the build process as you aren’t trying to compare numerous pieces of wood looking for the one that has that ‘extra hole’ and you don’t have the problem of holes not aligning as they should, as every build can sit slightly differently.

Other than the damaged timbe in transit, the build went well. Seems like a very well designed product and really versatile for sparking the kids imagination. For the floor space it takes up, there is a huge amount of play value. They were delighted when I added the slides and ramp at the end of the build and have been using it all day. My only criticism is that the ridge of the swing is at the top end of the spec dimension range and this made it very difficult to slide the hanging fixings on. I had to sand down and use a mallet and wedge to move them along. Shaving a few mm off would make this much more workable.

Excellent service Ordered just before lockdown to try and keep the kids busy but wasn’t overly hopeful I’d receive the order any time soon but Active Garden have saved my sanity! Order arrived within the time frame given, set is solid and has ‘normal’ sizing of timber and bolts so I will easily be able to maintain it over its life. Set went together well and even had a quick response from Active Garden last thing on a Friday afternoon when I had a query about assembly meaning I didn’t waste a weekend. Kids now have something extra to keep them busy over the school holidays. Highly recommended! Andrew S
