Blue Rabbit delivery and general information – after purchase

Please take a few minutes to read the information below.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

Please make sure you looked at the tabs on the product ordered, for FAQs, building tips and installation.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Lead time is around 2-3 weeks from order, however, this might change depending on to the Covid-19 situation – Dates are NOT GUARANTEED.

You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date prior to dispatch.

We can deliver with a private van service or Tuffnells.

For Van service:

Please note that this is a KERBSIDE DELIVERY, it will be to driver’s discretion to leave items further away from the van. Drivers are not insured to go through houses, they will not go indoors. 
If you require items carried to a specific location, this service will be charged at £ 36 per hour. Please contact us to discuss your needs. 
An ETA will be supplied for this delivery.
Please make sure you check the delivery, to see if there are any missing parcels and also check for the condition of the parcels for any signs of damage.
Parcels are numbered and you will be shown a packing list with the items delivered and the total number of parcels.
Inside each box of towers and modules there is a cutting list with the timber lengths and number of pieces of each. You should check this before installation is carried out.

 

For Tuffnells courier:

You will need to be available to sign for the delivery.
There will be several parcels in the delivery labelled “1/x, 2/x,” etc “x” being the total number of parcels..
Please note that this is a KERBSIDE DELIVERY. Parcels will be 20kg or less each, the longest being slides at 3m or timber 2.7m long.
NO time slot will be provided on the day of delivery.  You can choose to upgrade to a pre12 delivery for £ 12. Please contact us for details.
 
You will receive a text message the morning of the delivery confirming the number of parcels and that the consignment is out for delivery but no time slot. Tuffnells will also send an email for tracking but without a time slot. We can track where the driver is and how many drops are until yours, but this is only an estimation.
Please make sure you check the delivery, to see if there are any missing parcels and also check for the condition of the parcels for any signs of damage. 

IF THERE ARE ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS, PLEASE SIGN THE COURIER PAPERWORK AS MISSING OR DAMAGED and notify us immediately.

Any damages need to be reported to Active Garden on the day of delivery.

HOW TO CHECK THE TIMBER BEFORE INSTALLATION

When we cut and pack the timber, we add on the end of the timber a letter, that corresponds to the letters on the cutting list in the product’s manual.

We only put a letter on the top piece, so it doesn’t show in all pieces once the climbing frame is built.

This will help you check the timber before commencing the installation.

You must ensure that you have received and checked your order in full before booking any fitters or contractors. Active Garden Ltd will not be liable for any economic loss or claims (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, expenses, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or loss of goodwill or reputation; or special or indirect losses due to fitters and contractors not being able to continue installation as a result of missing, damaged, non-delivery or incomplete delivery of goods ordered from Active Garden Ltd.

Where Active Garden Ltd provide details about installers or where you use your own installer the contract is between you and the installer. Therefore we cannot accept any liability claims arising from the installation of products purchased from us, and in the event of any queries or problems arising from work carried put by the installers, customers must contact the installer concerned. We trust that our recommended installers will do an excellent job, so if you have any problems or concerns, we are happy to talk to you about it. The installers are fully insured.
