• Installation Requirements: Posts need to be concreted into the ground (approx. 30-40cm deep) for added stability. Ground anchors are available as an optional at an additional cost. The top metal beam requires assembly.
• Optional Stainless Steel Suspension: Choose to upgrade the suspension system to stainless steel chains for even more robust support.

For SWING FRAMES and ADVENTURE TRAIL ITEMS, EARLY YEARS ITEMS, CLAMBER STACKS AND ROUND TIMBER ITEMS and GYM EQUIPMENT you will need either a FORKLIFT OR TRACTOR OR HELPING HANDS ONSITE to help unload items. If we install for you, we will arrange delivery.

Delivery and installation times vary (normally around 8-12 weeks depending on the specific item), so please contact us to discuss your project for an estimated delivery and installation date (if necessary).

We will discuss dates with you for delivery and installation. Generally, allow 4 weeks from order to installation but this depends on the time of the year and how busy we are.

We will require details such as area dimensions, access details, postcode and photos for an installation quote.

For these products installation manuals are available if you prefer to install the products yourselves. PLEASE CHECK WITH US BEFORE ORDERING.

Delivery might be at a separate time from installation.

Please make sure there is good access to the area, and that we have contact details of the person on site.

The ground needs to be flat and level, and we need to discuss what surface is down before installation.

*please note that a suitable cushioning surface might be needed for these products depending on the height. Surface to comply with EN1177 regulations.
