For SWING FRAMES and ADVENTURE TRAIL ITEMS, EARLY YEARS ITEMS, CLAMBER STACKS AND ROUND TIMBER ITEMS you will need either a FORKLIFT OR TRACTOR OR HELPING HANDS ONSITE to help unload items
Delivery and installation times vary (normally around 2-4 weeks depending on the specific item), so please contact us to discuss your project for an estimated delivery and installation date.
The ACTIVE range of CLIMBING FRAMES includes installation service, unless specified on the description of each item (swing sets and wigwam EXCLUDE INSTALLATION)
We will discuss dates with you for delivery and installation.
Our team will deliver on the day of the installation with our own vehicle.
Please make sure there is good access to the area, and that we have contact details of the person on site.
The ground needs to be flat and level, and we need to discuss what surface is down before installation.
For tractors, the ground needs to be flat and level, but due to the nature of our climbing frame towers, we can accommodate the ground not being perfectly flat and level, however, we need to know in advance.
The installation included is for building onto tarmac or grass. If installed onto artificial grass or a rubber surface, there will be an additional cost depending on the surface and the tower.
The towers and slide will be concreted into the ground (materials supplied as part of the installation) or fixed onto existing tarmac or concrete.
*Please note that a suitable cushioning surface is needed for these towers to comply with EN1177 regulations.
