CLIMBING FRAMES DELIVERY INFORMATION

This is an overview of delivery charges for each category:

• Jungle Gym and Hy-land Climbing frames: FREE DELIVERY IN MAINLAND UK. No delivery to Islands. All climbing frames have free delivery. Modules and accessories ordered with climbing frame have FREE delivery. Modules ordered on their own will incur £ 30 delivery charge, accessories ordered on their own have £ 5.95 delivery charge. 

DELIVERY:

England, Wales and Scotland: normally within 10 -14 working days (around 2-3 weeks), please check with us if you need it for any particular date. This can be quicker too, but in busy periods normally 7-10 working days for most areas, unless you are in the postcodes below. We can always check when you calll us what date we can do for your order before placing it.

The following postcodes will have up to 14 working days delivery time:BA, BH, BN, CA, CF, CT, DA, DT, EX, FY, LA, LL, ME, NR, PO, PL, RH, SA, SY, SO, TR, TQ, , TN, and Scotland: AB-DD, KW-IV, PH-KY, EH-TD, FK, PA-G, ML-KA, DG.

Information about Jungle Gym deliveries:  The Jungle Gym range is delivered directly from the UK stockists with a two man delivery service. We ask for someone to be there to sign for the delivery. You won’t need to help unloading.
You will be contacted directly by the delivery company to arrange a delivery date soon after placing your order. If they leave a message, please try to return their call as soon as possible so not to delay delivery dates as they won’t arrange a date unless they speak to you.
In general, deliveries are Monday to Friday. The driver will ring you the day before delivery to give you a time slot, and can call you an hour before delivery if you request so.

• Action climbing frames: FREE DELIVERY England, Wales and South of Scotland. Other areas have delivery surcharge. North Scotland £ 55+VAT. No delivery to islands.
• All Out Play playhouses/climbing frames: FREE DELIVERY England and Wales.  Accessories ordered on their own will have £ 10 delivery charge. Scotland and Islands and remote parts of England and Wales have delivery surcharge.
• Blue Rabbit Climbing frames: FREE DELIVERY of complete climbing frames to England, Wales and South Scotland. Other areas will incur surcharge. Modules ordered on their own incur £ 12.00 delivery charge and accessories ordered on their own £ 5.95 within England, Wales and South Scotland. Grampians and Scotish Highlands have extra charges.  

Blue Rabbit deliveries take around a week to 10 days. You will be contacted before the order is sent out to arrange a date.

• “Build your own” items: £ 5.95 to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge. North Scotland £ 15.00, Highland and Islands inc Channel Islands £ 21.00

• Commercial slides: £ 5.95 to England and  Wales.  Scotland, Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge. (some large slides have to be collected) 
• Residential slides: £ 5.95  to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge. 
• All Out Play sandpits: same as climbing frames FREE DELIVERY England and Wales. Other areas have surcharge. 
• Rest of sandpits: FREE DELIVERY to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge (as per build your own items)
• Ride on toys: £ 5.95  to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge.
• Garden games: £ 5.95  to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge.North Scotland £ 15.00, Highland and Islands inc Channel Islands £ 21.00
• Rubber grass mats: £ 5.95  to England, Wales and South of Scotland. Highlands, Grampians and Islands have surcharge. Could be FREE
• Rubber chippings and bark: FREE DELIVERY for bulk bags to England, Wales and south Scotland, other areas have surcharge. For 20kg bags, delivery of £ 36 or £ 54 per pallet (depending on quantity of bags) applies to England, Wales and South Scotland. Other areas have surcharge.
