Our deliveries will be via a kerbside tail-lift lorry by a UK pallet network, the network will do their utmost to place the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. The driver only has a legal obligation to offload the goods onto the roadside and in turn the liability and responsibility of the goods then pass to the customer.
Standard lorry used is 18 tonnes, but a 7.5-tonne lorry can be requested if necessary (see sizes below)
The ground and road need to be flat, smooth and solid to use this service.
Broken concrete, gravel, grass or sloping ground is unsuitable for pallet deliveries and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the driver’s discretion if he deems it safe to do so.
Please note these bags cannot be placed over fences. If you need a hi-ab service, you will need to source one yourselves.
WE CANNOT DELIVER PALLETS ON GRAVEL, GRASS, BROKEN CONCRETE OR SLOPING DRIVEWAYS/PAVEMENTS.
If this is the case, please contact us ASAP.
Aborted deliveries incur extra delivery charges and returns incur re-stocking fees.
Please make sure the access is good, otherwise please let us know.
